Our summer reading program theme is all about art and artists this year. That means, activities, programs, classes, and storytimes!

Our 5-week program is packed with fun things for all ages.

• Wicked Movie Afternoon - Sat. July 5th 1-4pm 

       Get your pink and/or green on!​

• Adult Egg Tempera Painting Class - M-F 7/7 - 7/11 9am - 10am (adults only)

       Discover the art of egg tempera paint with Jenny Muskopf.

       Registration required.​

• Make-Your-Own Belt - Mon. July 7th 6:30pm (ages 9 and up)

       Join Stuart Lilie, Saddler, and learn some basic

       leatherworking.​

• Cosplay Workshop - Weds. July 16 5 - 7pm (ages 9 and up)

       With cosplay professional Rachael Peden.​

• Playtime Party at the Platt - Thurs. July 17 10am - 11am (ages 0-5 with their caregivers or parents)

       Little Cloud Finger / Hand Painting

• ​Ted Scheu poetry writing workshop - Sat. July 19 1pm (ages 5 and up)

• Citizen Science Art - Mon. July 21 10 - 11am (ages 5 and up) Use our SunSpotter to draw sun spots! Celebrate biodiversity by creating a Square Foot Census.

• Drop-in to make a Tie Dye Bandana under the pavilion

       Sat. July 26 1-3pm (ages 5 and up) ​
